People & Welfare
A print house is its people: the operator who knows the press, the designer who catches the error before it prints. We employ lawfully, pay on time, and record what we do for our team so it can be checked, not just claimed.
What we do
- Every employee holds a contract registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, with a work permit and residency sponsored by the company.
- Wages are paid monthly through the Wage Protection System (WPS).
- Health insurance for every employee, as required in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
- A multinational team working together in one workshop.
- Training runs on an internal step-by-step programme for each role; welfare and training activities are recorded in a register with their evidence.
- Emiratisation is a declared goal: we intend to open our first training placement for a UAE national.
