Ordering, step by step
- Send a specification. Artwork or a drawing, the size, the material, the quantity and where it is going. If you are not sure of the material, describe where the item will live — indoors, outdoors, on a site, at height — and we will tell you what survives there.
- We quote. If anything in the specification will not work, you hear that before you pay, not after.
- We check the file. Resolution, bleed, colour space and cut lines are verified before anything is printed. If something is wrong we come back to you with what to change.
- You approve. On colour-critical work ask for a proof. It costs a day and saves a reprint.
- We produce, and install where installation is part of the job.
What we need from you
File formats
PDF is best for print. AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PNG and JPG are all accepted. For anything cut to shape — stickers, signboards, packaging — send vector artwork so the cutter has a real path to follow.
Resolution
For small-format work, 300 dpi at final size. For large-format, 100–150 dpi at final size is usually enough because it is viewed from further away. A low-resolution file enlarged does not gain detail — it gains soft edges, and the press cannot fix that.
Bleed and safe area
Add 3 mm of bleed on anything that prints to the edge, and keep text at least 5 mm inside the trim line. Guillotines and die-cutters work to a tolerance; artwork that assumes perfection will show a white sliver on some copies.
Colour
Send CMYK for print. RGB files are converted, and some bright RGB colours simply do not exist in ink — a vivid screen blue will print duller. If a specific brand colour matters, give us the Pantone reference rather than a screenshot.
Fonts
Outline your fonts, or send the font files. A missing font gets substituted silently and you will not notice until you see the proof.
Sizes
Standard sizes for framed prints, canvas and posters are listed in our artwork size guide. Anything outside those is made to order — tell us the size you actually need.
Timing
Most custom print, packaging and signage is produced within 3–7 business days plus delivery. Roll-ups and flex boards are usually quicker; 3D signage, LED letters, stainless steel fabrication and anything requiring imported material take longer. Urgent work can be expedited — tell us the deadline at the quotation stage rather than after the job is scheduled, because that is when we can still do something about it.
Our business days are Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sunday, and Sundays and public holidays do not count toward production time.
Delivery and installation
We deliver across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Where installation is part of the scope our own crews do it, including facade and tower work at height. For multi-site rollouts we pack and label by location so nothing has to be sorted on arrival.
If something is wrong
Tell us quickly. If we printed it wrong, shipped the wrong item, or it arrived damaged, we replace it or refund it — the detail is in our return and refund policy. Because everything is made to order, a change of mind after production is a different matter, which is exactly why we ask you to approve before we print.
