4. Turnaround & Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within agreed timelines. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective items or printing errors caused by us. Please report any issues within 5 days of delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and design tools on this site — including text, images, graphics, and our interactive product designers (such as the company-stamp, NCR bill-book, wallpaper, and VIP leather configurators), their live-preview rendering, layout logic, and any output they generate — are the exclusive property of Art For Printing and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or reuse any of it without our prior written permission.
7. Automated Access, Data Extraction & Reverse Engineering
You may not access this website, its product configurators, or their underlying interfaces using any automated means — including bots, crawlers, scrapers, headless browsers, or AI / data-harvesting agents — nor systematically download, copy, index, cache, or extract our content, tools, or generated designs.
