Quality & Standards
Most print defects are born in the file. So every file is checked before it reaches a machine, and every defect that still slips through is logged with its cause.
What we do
- Automated preflight on every artwork: resolution, bleed, colour mode and size are checked against the product before production can start.
- Customers approve a proof on a private link before we print.
- Defects and complaints are logged on the order with responsibility and corrective action.
- Delivery is measured against the date we promised, with a one-working-day tolerance — and published here when the sample is large enough.
