Art for Printing Industry is a commercial print and packaging house in Abu Dhabi serving corporate, government and aviation clients. We are adding a remote designer to our design team. You will not deal with customers: every brief, file and revision reaches you through your own account on our online order system, and you deliver your work there.
What you will do
- Complete the orders assigned to you each day and deliver them in the system within the working day.
- Create packaging designs, die-lines and 3D mockups in Pacdora.
- Prepare print-ready artwork from the brief: size, bleed, cut contours, white-ink layers, colour mode and fonts.
- Apply revisions requested by our team.
- Upload final files and update progress on each order, so every job is traceable.
What you bring
- 2+ years designing for print or packaging.
- Hands-on Pacdora experience: die-lines and mockups.
- CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign a plus).
- Prepress knowledge: CMYK, bleed, spot colours, white ink, PDF/X.
- Arabic and English typography. Good English; Arabic a strong advantage.
- Your own computer, design software and a stable internet connection.
How we work
- Your own user account on our system: assigned orders, briefs, file uploads, delivery and work history in one place.
- No customer contact — our sales team handles all communication with customers.
- You work during company hours, UAE time (GMT+4): Monday–Thursday 08:30–13:00 and 16:30–20:30, Friday 08:30–12:00 and 16:30–20:30, Saturday 08:30–15:00, Sunday off.
